Refund Policy

This policy is in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email to info@sheerelegance.co.uk. You may use our contact form, but it is not obligatory.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any loss in value of the goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@sheerelegance.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all delivery costs.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare and body care products
• Opened wellness teas and ingestible products
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items returned more than 14 days after cancellation notification

How to Return

1. Email us at info@sheerelegance.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Package your items securely with original packaging where possible.
4. Ship using a tracked service — retain proof of postage.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
